Is my SmoothieBox recyclable?
We understand the concern for the environmental impact of doorstep deliveries. That's why we've created a box that not only ships frozen smoothies to your doorstep, but can be easily placed on the curb for recycling.
Our shipping box is 100% recyclable and is made from recycled materials. The inbuilt insulation is specially designed to keep your smoothies frozen within the optimal temperature range. Our smoothie pouches are LDPE which is recycle 4 and can be recycled with your plastic grocery bags.
How long will my smoothies last in the freezer?
We recommend using your smoothies as soon as possible, as taste starts to diminish after time with any frozen product. They'll be good for up to 12 months in your freezer, although ice crystals may start to form after prolonged freezer storage.
How many servings does one pouch make?
If you're looking for a full meal replacement or a simple snack, we've got you covered. Depending on how much liquid you use to blend, each smoothie pouch can make 1 or 2 servings.
The recommended amount of liquid for one smoothie is 8-10 oz. For two smoothies bump it on up to 10-12 oz of your favorite liquid.
Is SmoothieBox recommended for diabetics?
We believe in real ingredients, that is why SmoothieBox smoothies contain no added or artificial sugars.
SmoothieBox smoothies are made with leafy greens, fruits and seeds that can help manage your blood sugar. We do recommend reviewing each ingredient and nutritional profile with your trusted medical professional to make an informed decision that is best for your situation and diet.
Do I need a blender for my smoothies?
Yes, you'll need a blender or a hand blender to blend your smoothies. We recommend a high speed blender for best results, however, our customers also use smaller blenders like a BlendJet with great results.
You'll also need liquid of your choice to blend with your smoothies, about 8-10 ounces.
Some of our favorites: coconut milk, almond milk, and coconut water, just keep in mind that these will change the nutritional values of your Smoothie mix.
What is SmoothieBox?
They’re pre-portioned, frozen, ready-to-blend and delivered to your door on a monthly subscription basis. SmoothieBox is on a mission to tackle tough mornings. We set out to create a breakfast option that is healthy, nutritionally balanced, and convenient. Our original Super Smoothies are packed with nutrients you need to start your day: 100% real fruits and veggies and healthy fats. They’re pre-portioned, frozen, ready-to-blend and delivered to your door on a monthly subscription basis.
We even make it easy to add our exclusive grass-fed collagen peptides to your order.
Do your smoothies have nuts or seeds?
Our smoothies do not contain any tree nuts. However, our Chocolate, Orange, and Mango smoothies contain coconut cream and coconut water.
All of our smoothies contain seeds.

The facility our smoothies are processed in is not certified as nut-free.
Are your smoothies organic?
Our smoothies are made with organic ingredients, with exceptions being pineapple, blueberries, and mandarin oranges. We continuously work to source 100% organic ingredients whenever possible.
Are the smoothies vegan?
Our Smoothie mixes are vegan! We have vegan protein options as well.

How much space in my freezer will I need?
Upon delivery you must store your 20 Super Smoothie pouches in the freezer. Each SmoothieBox Smoothie pouch is approximately 8" long, 6" wide, and less than 1" tall. Base Pouches will be delivered in 4 boxes with 5 smoothies of the same flavor in each box. 1 box is approximately 8" long, 6" wide, and 5" tall.
Overall, the volume required for storage is 960 cubic inches.
Our grass-fed collagen, protein boosters, and SuperGreens should be stored at room temperature.
What form do the smoothies come, frozen or powdered?
Here at SmoothieBox, we believe in real, whole ingredients. Our smoothies come frozen, pre-portioned, and ready to blend. They are made from organic fruits, vegetables, and seeds. No added sugars or sweeteners.
What is a smoothie chip?
To efficiently package ingredients we mix several ingredients together and then freeze them into a smoothie chip.
I have dietary restrictions and allergies. What are the ingredients?
The main allergen in 3 of our smoothies is coconut (Chocolate, Orange, and Mango). And for those with a banana allergy, please be aware it is also used in 3 of our smoothies (Chocolate, Berry, and Strawberry Banana).
All of our smoothies are made from ingredients that are free from dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. They are also free from added sugar, sweeteners, or fillers.
Our smoothies are produced in a facility that also processes wheat, tree nuts, dairy, egg, and soy, however equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each productions.

Do your smoothies have gluten, dairy, eggs, or soy?
None of the ingredients in our smoothies contain gluten, dairy, egg, or soy. However, our smoothies are made on equipment that also processes wheat, tree-nuts, dairy, egg, and soy so our product is not certified gluten, dairy, and soy free.
Are there any added sugars or sweeteners?
Our smoothie mixes have no added sugars or sweeteners. All the sugar in our smoothies comes from real ingredients (fruits and vegetables).
How many smoothies will I receive in my shipment?
Depending on which option you choose, you'll receive 20 or 30 Smoothie mixes in your shipment. Our smoothie mixes come in pouches for easy storing in your freezer.
How does SmoothieBox keep my smoothies cold during shipping?
We ship your box with a specific amount of dry ice that is calculated based on your location. As the dry ice evaporates, it mixes with the air inside the box which continues to keep your smoothies cold. Don’t worry if your box arrives without any dry ice!
If your smoothies are partly frozen, still have ice crystals, or are refrigerator cold (below 40 °F), they can be placed into the freezer for later use in accordance with USDA frozen delivery guidelines.

I just ordered my first SmoothieBox. When will it arrive?
Once you have placed your order, it is immediately sent to our processing center for packing and shipping.
We ship Monday-Wednesday each week. All orders placed prior to Tuesday at midnight will ship the same week. All orders placed after Tuesday at midnight will ship the following week.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate a specific delivery day but hope to have this option available in the future.
You will receive email communication from us when your box has shipped with a tracking number, as well as when your box is delivered.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes to your order.
Your SmoothieBox is perishable and needs to be put into a freezer the same day it arrives. If you are uncertain that you will be able to receive your box, we recommend having a list of friends and family that would be able to help to retrieve your box when it arrives.
Can I make changes to my order after I have checked out?
Once you have checked out, your card is charged and your order is on its way to being packed. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been submitted. Additionally, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We work as quickly as possible to get your order to you in a timely fashion and appreciate your understanding.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate a specific delivery week at checkout. Your order will be shipped as timely as possible once your order has been placed.
If you are on vacation or not available for delivery at the time you're considering ordering, we recommend waiting until you are available to receive a delivery or have someone available to retrieve and safely store your order once delivered.
Any changes made through your account page are effective on your next billing date and will not apply to a currently processing order.
What is SmoothieBox's cancellation policy?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time up to the day before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice by clicking cancel subscription in the subscription tab via the customer account page or by contacting support at least one day before the next recurring order is scheduled to invoice.
Cancelling a subscription on the date of order or invoice or requesting cancellation of a subscription on the date of order or invoice will cancel all future recurring invoices. This will not cancel any order already in progress. Once an order has invoiced, it's processed and sent to fulfillment and once orders have been packed and sent to shipping they can not be stopped. We schedule multiple carrier pickups each day to ensure a quick delivery, thus orders can not be canceled once they have processed.
If your cancellation is due to an unreported issue, we'd love the opportunity to make things right before you go. Simple email us at support@smoothiebox.com and our support experts will be happy to help.
Can I make a one time purchase?
Our subscribe and save feature is designed to help you save even more on your SmoothieBox. We do offer a one-time purchase option in addition to a Subscribe and Save option. If you are interested in a one-time purchase, simply choose the One-Time Order option during checkout. Once you've chosen your flavors, it will look a little something like this:

How much is SmoothieBox?
SmoothieBox subscriptions begin at $160 for a minimum of 4 boxes (20 smoothie pouch order) and shipping is always free! Each pouch makes 1, 16oz smoothie or 2, 8oz smoothies. With up to 40 servings in a box, that's $4 per serving— which is less than our competitors.You can stock your freezer with smoothies mixes and can even add our grass-fed collagen peptides, whey, or vegan proteins for an extra boost. How do I make a SmoothieBox Smoothie?
The steps for blending our SmoothieBox Super Smoothie Mix is as easy as 1,2,3!
Step 1: Empty Smoothie Pouch into blender.
Step 2: Add 8-12 oz of your favorite liquid & other add-ins. We recommend our SmoothieBox Protein Powder, Almond Milk, SmoothieBox Collagen, Fruit Juice, Additional Frozen Fruits or Nut Butter.
Step 3: Blend, add liquid as needed, & enjoy!
Can I choose which Smoothies I receive in my SmoothieBox?
For your first box we do recommend trying our variety box, which include 5 packs of each flavor for a total of 20 smoothies. To get started, choose how many smoothies you would like to receive in your SmoothieBox: 20 or 25. Each smoothie comes pre-packaged and ready to blend, just add liquid.
Next, choose your flavors.
Once your box is full, you'll want to Subscribe and Save for maximum savings. If you're not ready for commitment, it's ok - we won't judge. Just choose the one-time option.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to hear you wish to cancel your subscription and hate to see you go. We understand things happen. If you find yourself needing to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly in your account portal or you can reach out via email to Support@SmoothieBox.com or call 1-888-311-3155 (Mon-Fri 9am - 7pm) for assistance.
To cancel via your account page, Login to your account, and click 'To view or change your box size or frequency, please click here' under your active subscription(s).
Scroll down until you see 'Stop Subscription'
Please note, canceling your subscription will not cancel any currently processed orders. Orders that have been billed can not be altered and will ship as scheduled. Please be sure to make any cancellation requests prior to your billing date.

I can't commit to a subscription right now, do you offer a sample pack?
We understand the need to try our smoothie mixes before you commit to a healthier lifestyle. At this time, we do not offer a sample pack of smoothies as we continue to search for economical ways our customers can try them out. We do provide a one-time option for those who aren't ready for a subscription order. We also make it easy for you to pause, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Can't I just make a smoothie cheaper at home?
Of course you can make your own smoothies at home every morning, but our customers find value in receiving organic ingredients that are pre-portioned and ready to blend with their favorite liquids. This means, no extra time spent at the grocery store, no prep, no mess, and no wasted produce. You're also getting additional nutritious ingredients that you probably wouldn't add to your own smoothies—we're talking about sweet potatoes, cauliflower, beets, and even spinach.
We believe that you'll spend more money AND time making your own smoothies at home, that's why we've put together easy, healthy, and convenient smoothie mixes that support you on your health journey.
Can kids drink these smoothies?
Absolutely! We've created delicious and nutritionalist-approved smoothie mixes that the whole family will enjoy. With real, clean, ingredients and no artificial or added sugar, our smoothie mixes are the perfect breakfast or snack for you little ones.
They'll love our Chocolate Smoothie Mix that is loaded with leafy greens and zucchini, but tastes like a chocolate milk shake.
Our Strawberry Banana Smoothie Mix is also a kid favorite that includes cauliflower and sweet potatoes, but will have them asking for more because all they taste is the classic mix of strawberries and bananas.

Are your smoothies vegan?
Our Super Smoothie bases are vegan and we do offer chocolate and vanilla protein add on options that are vegan as well!
Are the smoothie ingredients non-GMO?
All of the ingredients in your SmoothieBox are grown meeting non-GMO requirements; however, at this time we have not pursued a non-GMO certification.
Where can I find the nutritional information for the smoothies?
You can find all the information on each product page. We have an overview of all of the nutrition in the description.
I don't like one of the Smoothie ingredients. Can I remove it?
Sorry, we can't exclude an ingredient. Our Smoothies come pre-packaged so we aren't able to accept requests to exclude an ingredient.
Can I have a smoothie as a meal replacement?
Yes! Depending on your appetite, you can blend and enjoy the full smoothie mix pouch as a meal replacement. If you're looking to feel fuller longer, feel free to add in some protein powder and additional ingredients to create a more filling smoothie for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the US 48 contiguous states. We aren't able to ship to Alaska, Canada or Hawaii.
My order has shipped, can I please change the delivery address?
Processed and/or shipped orders are unable to be altered, including the delivery address. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on file at the time the order was processed.
You may update your shipping address directly on your SmoothieBox Account Page.

Please note, refunds or replacements will not be issued to orders that were successfully delivered to the address on file at the time the order was placed.
How do I know when my SmoothieBox will arrive?
You will receive tracking information via email once your SmoothieBox has shipped. For the most up to date information we suggest tracking your package via the carrier and your tracking number.
At this time, to combat carrier delays that we've experienced across the country we are currently shipping SmoothieBoxes on Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed prior to Tuesday at midnight will ship the same week. Orders placed after Tuesday at midnight will ship the following week.
My order is incorrect, what should I do?
We strive to make sure each order is correct before leaving our freezer. If your order is incorrect, please let us know and we'll be happy to make things right. Your SmoothieBox is packed in sub-zero temperatures, and while we do our best, human errors can happen. We still want to help, so email us at support@smoothiebox.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll be glad to review and resolve.
My order has shipped while I am away, can I cancel the order?
Once your order has shipped we are unable to alter the delivery address or cancel your order. You may be able to update your delivery address via FedEx using the FedEx Delivery Manager. Changes to the delivery address may result in a delay of your shipment, voiding the guarantee we offer when delivered on the guaranteed delivery date.
You will receive email communication from us when your box has shipped with a tracking number as well as when your box is delivered.

My SmoothieBox has arrived - now what?
Once your SmoothieBox is delivered, unpack it ASAP. While we pack each shipment with dry ice, you'll want to be sure to move your smoothies to your freezer as quickly as possible. Your smoothies are perishable and should remain frozen.
Please be cautious - there may be some dry ice remaining in your SmoothieBox. Do not handle dry ice with your bare hands - it can burn! Grab a kitchen towel or oven mitts and place the dry ice outside or in a well ventilated area to evaporate. Once completely evaporated, the plastic bag can be recycled.
Your SmoothieBox packaging is curbside recyclable, so toss your box into your recycle bin once it's been unpacked.

Can I have my SmoothieBox delivered to my business address?
We do not recommend having your SmoothieBox delivered to a business address.
We partner with FedEx Home Delivery in some areas, which requires a home address for delivery.
While we can deliver to a business address, we do not recommend it.
In the event the office is closed, FedEx will return the box to it's hub and attempt delivery on the next business day. Since we may deliver on Saturday, this can put your SmoothieBox at risk of damage due to thawing. We are unable to guarantee the condition of your SmoothieBox should your delivery be delayed due to attempted delivery at a business address.
If you're concerned about your shipment being delivered to your home address, we encourage you to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to manage your shipments. Did you know FedEx also allows you to receive your shipments at Walgreens, where your SmoothieBox will be stored in their freezer area. To learn more about this service, provided by FedEx and Walgreens, click here.
Additionally, we pack each shipment with enough dry ice to last several hours on the guaranteed delivery date. If your smoothies are partly frozen, still have ice crystals, or are refrigerator cold (below 40 °F), they can be placed into the freezer for later use in accordance with USDA frozen delivery guidelines.
Can my SmoothieBox be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Since we are shipping perishable products, we are not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to enter a physical address for your SmoothieBox delivery.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery of my SmoothieBox?
You do not have to be home to receive your SmoothieBox. We currently ship via FedEx and OnTrac and no signature is required for the delivery of your order. This means your carrier will leave your SmoothieBox in a safe place at your home.
Your SmoothieBox is perishable and it is important that you freeze your SmoothieBox pouches the same day of delivery. If you are concerned about your delivery in the summer months, you may want to ask a neighbor or friend to pick up your delivery for you.
You may also utilize FedEx's Home Delivery Manager if you have special delivery instructions. We recommend using this free service provided by FedEx- you'll receive additional notifications during the shipping process of your SmoothieBox from FedEx.
We pack each shipment with enough dry ice to last several hours on the guaranteed delivery date. If your smoothies are partly frozen, still have ice crystals, or are refrigerator cold (below 40 °F), they can be placed into the freezer for later use in accordance with USDA frozen delivery guidelines.
What do I do when an item arrives damaged in my shipment.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SmoothieBox delivery experience and we are happy to resolve product issues reported when the box is delivered should you find an item was damaged in transit.
Please email support@smoothiebox.com with information on the damaged item as soon as you unpack the shipment and note the damage. If you are able, please attach a photo of the damaged item with your report and let us know if you were able to consume the item in question or if the damage caused the product to need to be discarded. Photos are very helpful and allow us to visually assess the damages, provide feedback to the parties that distribute and fulfill the orders, and help us to continually improve our service.
An agent will be happy to review your report, photos, etc and provide an appropriate resolution.

What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on to your SmoothieBox subscription. For a small fee, the Shipping Protection guarantees that if your box arrives thawed, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Grass-fed Collagen Peptides
How should I store my collagen?
Our grass-fed collagen is best stored at room temperature. We've found that it blends much better, and doesn't gel when it's room temperature versus cold. We recommend storing your collagen peptides in your pantry or near your blender so you don't forget to add it to your daily smoothie.
It won't hurt if you store in your freezer, you may just find that it is harder to blend.
Can I order collagen without ordering smoothies?
Our grass-fed collagen peptides are available to add to your monthly SmoothieBox subscription. With a collagen subscription you'll receive one container containing 350g (12.35oz) of our exclusive Type I and III grass-fed collagen peptides.
At this time, collagen is not available as a stand-alone item outside of your SmoothieBox.
What are Grass-fed Beef Collagen Peptides?
Grass-fed beef collagen is the main source of protein we offer as an add-in option to our smoothies.
This protein, which comes from the hide of the cattle, is hydrolyzed to yield peptides that are easier for our bodies to digest.
Why add collagen to your smoothies? Collagen is often taken to support healthy skin, hair, and nails. It is also important for strong tendons and joints. Our multi-collagen is from grass fed, pasture raised bovine. It contains two different types (Type I and Type III) of hydrolyzed collagen for maximum benefit.
Collagen is optional to your SmoothieBox, and can be easily added or removed from your shipments.
Is collagen included with my SmoothieBox subscription?
SmoothieBox subscription smoothie delivery service offers incredible grass-fed collagen. As you probably know, collagen is great for your Hair and Nails. It also supports a healthy gut and maintains bone and joint health.* If you feel your skin, hair and nails could use a little extra help then adding collagen to your smoothies is a great idea.
Our Grass-fed collagen peptides are not automatically included in a SmoothieBox smoothie delivery subscription, but you can add them!
If you're ready to try our great collagen, add it when placing your order HERE. It will not automatically be included in your subscription.
You'll be able to add collagen to your subscription during checkout.
When added to your subscription, they'll come in all subsequent SmoothieBoxes unless you remove the collagen from your account page.

Do the collagen peptides come automatically with my SmoothieBox?
You'll need to add them to your order during checkout. You'll need to add the collagen peptides when placing your order, and they'll be included in all subsequent orders unless you remove them from your next box. You can remove or add them from your subscription at any time through your account portal.

How do I update my payment information?
Log in to your member account.
Navigate to the Account tab and select Payment Info.
Update your Card on File and click 'Update Card' to save:

Can I pause my subscription?
Your SmoothieBox subscription can be paused at any time prior to your billing date for up to 3 months. Manage your billing date via your account page.
Once logged in, edit your active subscription by clicking 'Edit':

Choose 'Next Charge Date':
Choose your next billing date by selecting the month and day you wish your next order to be charged. Click 'Update Next Billing Date'. You're all set!

How can I change my SmoothieBox flavors?
Edit your flavors under your active subscription. To update your flavors, click the arrow next to your current flavor selections:

How can I change my billing date?
Start by logging into your account and head over to 'My SmoothieBox'.
Once inside, you'll see your Subscription orders. Click 'Manage' under your SmoothieBox:
To change your billing date click the green arrow under 'Your Next Bill Date':
Update your billing date to the date of your choosing and click 'Update':

Can I skip an upcoming shipment?
You can easily skip your next shipment directly in your account portal under the 'Subscriptions' tab in your account. Once logged in, click 'Edit'

Refund/Cancellation Policy
I was just charged, can you please cancel my order?
SmoothieBox sends a reminder notification 2 days prior to your billing date. Once an order has been billed, we are unable to alter or cancel your order.
Any order identified as "paid" or "success" on your account page has been processed and cannot be canceled. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred with respect to any order processed prior to the cancellation of your monthly subscription.
My order shipped while I am away, can you please cancel my order?
Once your order has shipped we are unable to alter the delivery address or cancel your order. You may be able to update your delivery address via FedEx using the FedEx Delivery Manager. Changes to the delivery address may result in a delay of your shipment, voiding the guarantee we offer when delivered on the guaranteed delivery date.
You will receive email communication from us when your box has shipped with a tracking number as well as when your box is delivered.
If you are uncertain that you will be able to receive your box, we recommend having a list of friends and family that would be able to help to retrieve your box when it arrives. Your SmoothieBox is perishable and needs to be put into a freezer the same day it arrives.
What is your refund policy if I do not like your smoothies?
We want you to be satisfied with your SmoothieBox experience, but we understand everyone's tastes are different. If you're not completely satisfied with your smoothies, please reach out to our support team at support@smoothiebox.com so we can help.
If you're not totally satisfied with one or more flavors in your shipment, we'll replace it with a flavor you love in your next shipment for free.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns.
What is your refund policy for cancelled orders?
SmoothieBox does offer a subscription plan. If a SmoothieBox subscription plan is chosen, charges will be recurring at the weekly interval chosen. We offer a variety of plan intervals, and you may access your plan details via your account page.
WHEN YOU PURCHASE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (A) SmoothieBox (OR OUR THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON A RECURRING BASIS FOR THE PRICE OF YOUR CHOSEN SUBSCRIPTION (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES SET FORTH DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS) FOR AS LONG AS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting our support team 48 hours in advance of your billing date at support@smoothiebox.com. Cancelations made via your account page or by contacting support on your billing date will be effective with your next billing date and will not apply to currently processing orders. Refunds will not be granted for orders that have already processed.
You are liable for any orders placed or charges that incur prior to the cancellation request. If the request for cancellation is made after your order has invoiced, the request will be processed for the next scheduled invoice.
What is your return/refund policy?
Standard Return/Refund Policy
We are shipping perishable Product and therefore are not able to accept returns. Unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable cannot be restocked or resold.
If you are not completely satisfied with your SmoothieBox for good reason, please contact our dedicated Support Team at support@smoothiebox.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the Product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund. Since we are not able to physically assess the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the Product label and damage reported.
We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date.
When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email support@smoothiebox.com immediately for correction. Should your shipping address change, please update your address prior to the invoice date either via your account or by writing to support@smoothiebox.com.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to the invoice date, if an address is altered while in transit, or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order being invoiced. Changes made via your account portal on the billing date will be effective the next order and not the currently processing order.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address was provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded. In the event an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve on the delivery date without prior notification and thawing/damage occurs, you will not be refunded. If you would like an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date reshipped, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment.

What flavors of protein do you offer?
SmoothieBox is proud to two delicious protein flavor options in Chocolate and Vanilla. Both flavors come in Vegan and Gluten Free Whey options.
Are Protein Smoothies better for "pre" or "post" workout consumption?
Protein powders are a great option for meal replacement and way to supplement protein that is missing from your daily dietary needs. When combined with a SmoothieBox Smoothie pouch, you are checking all the boxes when it comes to a quality nutrition intake. The best part is, you can enjoy them as a decadent snack, meal replacement and delicious tool to help meet your fitness/wellness goals.Regarding when to consume protein from a fitness standpoint, it is recommended that protein be consumed post workout.
Ingesting protein within 30 mins of completing a workout aides in muscle repair. Exercise supports muscle growth, but the body can only build upon existing muscles if they recover after each workout. Consuming protein after exercise helps the muscles to heal and aids in the prevention of the loss of lean muscle mass.
Will adding SmoothieBox protein change the consistency of a smoothie?
Adding SmoothieBox Protein to your SmoothieBox Smoothies will change the consistency of your regular smoothie. Depending on the amount and type of liquid used for blending, your SmoothieBox Protein Smoothie can take on the texture of a Milkshake.
We recommend using nutmilk, oatmilk, coconut milk and for the bold, even water can be used when blending your SmoothieBox Protein.
When blending your SmoothieBox Smoothies with out protein, we recommend 8-12 fl oz of your chosen liquid. When adding in your SmoothieBox protein, please use an additional 2-4 fl oz of liquid.
